How can the FBI and the Secrete Service stop shootings and killings in Minneapolis or any other large city? The FBI can look into federal matters as when a federal employee or officer is targeted or if the crime is interstate related such as an organized crime ring. The Secrete Service has limited jurisdiction such as counterfeiting or some financial crimes.
If the killings are made by local mugs or gangs it’s a matter for local or state police.
