Additionally, the pull in the other garage bay, had the loop untied...we can still see some bends/kinks in the rope.
Now, why would someone undo the knot of the "noose" loop in the adjacent garage?
My one ironic theory.
They are closing up shop. Some guy, maybe a white guy who isn’t well known, or who had a confederate flag until recently, but is cool with everything, pulls the garage shut.
While doing so, the rope breaks. He shrugs, throws the broken rope into the garage, and pulls the door shut.
The next day, he comes in and everybody is talking about the racist skum who put a noose on the car, and how they will be banned for life, and probably never work again.
And he knows if he says what happened, they won’t believe him, they will assume he was just some racist white guy.
So he shuts up, goes along, and hopes there is no actual video of what happened outside the door.

The big investigation showed that THE NOOSE was there since last October. A 2 year old could’ve figured out it was from the door pull and no where near the size of an actual noose.
Been a fan since Dale Sr. in 1993...DONE.
