If my understanding is correct, that garb isn’t even a strict religious requirement - more of a cultural thing.

The booking photo is a great dishonor. I guess their will now be an honor killing.
In that photo she is not wearing her veil! She is dressed as a prostitute and accordingly, should be treated as such. As prostitutes are immoral women she needs to be stoned to death for her immorality!
