If you (Soros or whomever) were to hand a dozen people, suitcases of cash, and tell them when given a specific signal, that they are to commence rioting, it would not be hard to recruit an army of thugs, using paramilitary tactics, to create the illusion that this was all about race - it isn't, and never was. The murder of Mr. Floyd has never been at issue, and no decent person has ever believed he was not murdered, but it was the event that this conspiracy had been waiting for, to put their plan in action.
Who could have ever believed that retired (and some not retired) would at a moment of national crisis, question the President's lawful authority to invoke the Insurection Act of 1807?

So long as we’re passing out suitcases of cash, why shouldn’t Chauvin have gotten one? It isn’t as though Soros has a lot of time to wait around for a ‘crisis’ to materialize unbidden.
