PHOENIX Coronavirus pandemic or not, an investment advisory company is leaving the cultural unrest in Seattle and moving its headquarters to Phoenixs Camelback Corridor.
The unrest that has taken place in the city of Seattle there is really is not a downtown business community today, Smead Capital Management, President and CEO Cole Smead told KTAR News 92.3 FM.

Same with Colorado... once a bastion of conservatives in the 1960s.
New name for Seattle:...LAGO (from Clint Eastwood’s 1973 movie, High Plains Drifter. Paint the city red...ALL of it.
I mean the Camelback Corrider in Phoenix is a perfect place for investment firms.
Lots or wealthy people living close by, lots of upscale shopping amenities for clients, and golfing in beautiful weather year round with over 200 courses nearby.
Who wants to headquarter their business in a place where the mayor lets communist thugs burn down your building and stake claim to it as a new country?
Seattle is going to suffer badly from these mistakes the mayor and city council are making in support of rioting, looting, and arson versus protection of businesses' commercial assets.
I hope they take it hard in the ass for not realizing which side of the toast is buttered.

Where we are in AZ, we basically get the 4 seasons, mild snowfalls, (last year we had 2 snows of about 4" each) and oh yeah, no emissions testing due to a bit of altitude. And we have, forests, 6 lakes, 2 rivers all within about a 40 minute drive! And for off road fun? It's everywhere. ☺
