On March 25 Cuomo ordered patients sent back.
A few facilities refused, but most didn’t.
The question is why.

The article doesn’t even mention the 267 brand new low in deaths yesterday but goes with the average for June. Hot spots? There are no hot spots. I would have said in the run up to 2016 the media couldn’t be worse. I was wrong. They are just downright untruthful now.
