actually, no, they don’t. If they want to make the focus of their effort the effect of policing on the black community, that is a valid choice. If someone else wants to make an organization to deal with the real problem of black-on-black crime in inner cities, let them do it.

We don’t need to urge BLM to change. We need to do nothing more than make it clear what their narrow focus is, so when we say “we cannot support the organization”, it will be clear it is because they are not an organization working for the best good for the black people they say they are trying to help.
