Prediction: 5-4 with Roberts, Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh in the majority. Remember, Roberts voted with Alito and Thomas in the minority in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt. It's not likely he reverses his own prior vote, which is what it would essentially be if he were to vote with the liberals on this one.
