True.....they've had nothing but incompetent leaders since...... Anyone who sends donations to any charities etc. in Haiti m ight as well consider it throwing their money away. It's a cesspool hole of a country I recall after the earthquake....the vatious organizations who went there to assist said it's the only country they've ever been where the majority of it's citizens just stood around and watched the workers work....never lifting their own hands to help themselves
