Agree, Rice auditioning for Biden’s VP.....and, because I am paranoid these days, I suspect this is at Obama’s bidding. Suspect, IF elected, after short time, Biden will either step down as POTUS or will be puppet of VP...and Rice will be puppet for Obama and Michele. God help America.
