Sadly conservatives are not very organized. Lindsey's behavior for very many years should be a good indicator of what he would do if he wins beyond the primary. Conservatives cannot reach a consensus to fight against the fake republicans, consolidate their votes to a single candidate.
Conservatives should be able to organize beyond the primary to stymie people like Lindsey. Otherwise we will not win. Sometimes it is good for a senator like Lindsey to lose in the general, if we have the numbers elsewhere. Otherwise we will end up with Paul Ryans who do the work of democrats behind the scenes.
