Saw this pop up on my news feed, but interestingly enough when I searched for it on Google, only stories on Capt. Crozier from April came up...I had to switch to News instead of All.

Good, that exactly what should happen.

The really disturbing part of this is the lack of discipline shown by the crew. They acted like a bunch of little snowflakes instead of stoic warriors.

Note also: the promotion of RADM Stu Baker, the senior officer onboard Theodore Roosevelt at the time, has been placed on hold.

This pussy captain needs to stay fired. He let a little virus that killed only one fat ass crew member sideline one of the most powerful weapons we have. The PC crap has to end in our military.

Too bad. So sad.

Be even better if he had to forfeit his pension.

The reason that Capt. Crozier should not be reinistated is not for anything he did, which he could have survived, but for what he didn't do. He was in command and failed to demonstrate command initiative. He had all the resources at his command of a Navy Aircraft Carrier, including a crew of 5,000 men good and true, a surgical staff and medical facilities, and all the resources of a nuclear maintenance capability and aircraft maintenance capability.

His medical officers had access to satellite communications with Bethesda Naval Hospital and the best thinking [yeah, I know, but still] of the adjacent NIH.

If he couldn't figure out how to contain and control the spread of COVID 19 on his ship then no one could.

Instead he whined to anyone he could think. It's like Grant writing a message saying, well, Abe, Vicksburg is on the wrong side of the River. Men sick and starving. Don't know what to do. Send help.
