That is a great idea. Everyone should start checking to see if their deceased relatives are on the voting rolls. I grew up in Michigan, so this should be interesting.
you can check if they are still registered on line. But to see if someone actually voted you need to go to the township or city and look at the books.
It may be that you can check the voted status online now too as they don’t use a book any more, they swipe your DL (In person).
But if someone votes absentee, especially now with EVERYONE being sent an absentee application, then all it takes is a signature or two.
