Curfews don't have exceptions apart from emergency workers.
It is absolutely essential that there is a curfew from 10 pm Fri night to 6 am Sat morning. Together with the declaration of the Federal Exclusion Zone.
That will allow President Trump to marshal federal resources for any Antifa/BLM looters who are foolish enough to rear their ugly heads.
