You need to drop Kanye from your list. He has recently joined BLM/ANTIFA.

“the My Pillow Guy.”
LOL His name is Mike Lindel:-)
Worth $300 million (correct/incorrect; your choice)
Might he consider tossing his hat into the ring?
Given lessons from POTUS DJT, he just might.
Another possibility is Herschel Walker. A man of true
backbone, values, and unafraid to get his feet wet. We’ve
experienced a young black punk as POTUS; why not give a solid, conservative black man the same opportunity?

This was from May 23, 2018 and Musk has not created his journalist rating site.
Everything he said about the the news and journalists is still true.
To: Hildy
Never been a big fan of Musk, but I do have to admit, he precisely summed up the state of big-media “journalism” in one sentence.

So, Elon does not want to have race quotas on scientists, engineers, and maintenance technicians?
It is just space flight—what could possibly go wrong?
;-)

The Repukes have a majority. They could pass a law tomorrow and if they were on the side of Trump and the people, they would.
To: ocrp1982
What’s your source on that one?

To: V K Lee
Yes, Herschel Walker is a good guy. He has been a strong supporter of Trump for decades.
I think very few people have the talent stack of Donald J. Trump. It’s one thing to have the right vision for America — lots of FReepers, for example.
However, the large organization track record, the work ethic, the strategic smarts, the ability to make deals, and the skills to electrify a coliseum of 20,000 people.
No, we’re backing a once a century American.
But Elon Musk has skills that might do the job some day.

Long ago, and under a different nom de guerre, I urged Free Republic to use its many poster to do the same. Ah, lost causes.

“The holier-than-thou hypocrisy of big media companies who lay claim to the truth, but publish only enough to sugarcoat the lie, is why the public no longer respects them,” Musk said.
Well said. Go Elon Go.

I have no problem criticizing public figures, but when it concerns attacking or doxxing the otherwise private individuals, Ill have no part of that process. Then get comfortable with woke dhimmitude. For the Left everything is political and everything is weaponized.

Lindel was considering running for governor of Minnesota. Don’t know what came of it.

How do you know? He may not have launched it, but it is in the works.

It’s my understanding that he’s not a Republican, but does despise the left. So that’s a start. But to be honest, I’m not all that keen on the GOP (as a whole) either. I’d consider Elon a Radical Centrist.
To: StolarStorm
I’m not either. And that is hard for me to say because I love the Republican Party, or what it used to be and represent. I have been in leadership positions but it always ends up the same way.. We eat our own, we don’t coalesce around a candidate if we find ANYTHING we don’t like. That’s not the way the Party system works. If Trump started his own Party, I’d go without batting an eye.
