awesome- was really hoping businesses would hire more hateful angry gay and transgender workers so i could be treated like crap whenever i take my groceries to the counter to pay for them-
they can cop any attitude they want, and the owners can’t fire them- so say good bye to the golden rule of business where ‘the customer is always right’ - now we’ll have angry lesbians and homosexuals taking their anger out on customers because these gay folks are bored with their jobs and don’t like people in general-
Yes, this is a generalization- I haven’t dealt with too many decent gay folks who are content to just ‘live and let live’- most seem very angry- looking to make everyone around them as miserable as they are- -

It’d be a turnoff in the showroom, but I think you’re supposed to be able to choose a companion that suits your tastes and needs. At Hooter’s, they show you to your table and your waitress/waiter/waitperson/waitsomething will show up.

I worked in the industrial engineering department of a manufacturing plant in the late sixties and was told by a department manager that if a white person did not measure up he could fire them on the spot but if a black person did not meet production standards he had to warn them and turn in a written report three times in succession before he could do anything. In ‘72 while working as a technical representative I was asked to be on the lookout for a black person who wanted to apply for the same job, a black WOMAN would be preferable but they would accept a man. I was told that the feds were pushing the company around because they were not hiring blacks but the simple truth was that they could not find one who wanted to even apply for the job. I find it astounding that some people still claim to see “white” privilege in action. I am unaware of any actual white privilege still in existence but I know of a lot of black privilege.

The problem there is that one could show a pattern of discrimination based on the demographics of applicants and the pattern of hiring. The state has ways of making you comply.

True but large corporations are big targets, so it would be worth doing to go after deep pockets. Of course all the big companies are woke today so they’re all in.
