Take a look at this dash cam video. I don’t think the TAZER Brooks got control of was spent. One of the cops shot Brooks 3 times with his TAZER. You can hear him yelp when he gets hit each time. The action then goes off screen with 1 TAZER shot by Brooks and 3 gunshots by the officer that fired the TAZER shots. I think it is highly likely the TAZER Brooks had was capable of firing 2 more shots. It is also my understanding the TAZER can be used to stun by direct contact after all the cartridges have been fired.
