Pointing,and firing,a dangerous weapon at a cop does justify it.

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled otherwise. A fleeing suspect must present a imminent danger to the life or safety of the officers or of bystanders. This doesn't meet that standard.

It seems we’re in agreement. I’ve been calling it Corporate Marxism.

The problem with telecom is that we have virtually have no choice. We can avoid Twitter, Google, Facebook, Amazon, Etsy, etc, but we can’t practically avoid the telecom providers such as ATT & Comcast. And due to the regulatory realities, the subscriber is essentially forced to subsidize CNN & MSNBC. And I believe that’s wrong.

An observation & conclusion you’ve made with the luxury of time and analysis. The cop had a second or two under grave circumstances.

Take a look at this dash cam video. I don’t think the TAZER Brooks got control of was spent. One of the cops shot Brooks 3 times with his TAZER. You can hear him yelp when he gets hit each time. The action then goes off screen with 1 TAZER shot by Brooks and 3 gunshots by the officer that fired the TAZER shots. I think it is highly likely the TAZER Brooks had was capable of firing 2 more shots. It is also my understanding the TAZER can be used to stun by direct contact after all the cartridges have been fired.
