We can spend hours dissecting Kaepernick's abilities as a player, but comparing him to the dozens of other quarterbacks who've played in the three years he's been sidelined some of them stars, many of them hacks is beside the point.
No LA Times it is the point. You hire the best person for the job. Could be why your staff is so incompetent that your readership has plummeted. Anyhow it doesn't matter no one is going to watch the NFL this year.

The NFL is ruthless. They do not have guaranteed contracts. All that matters is if a player can produce at the right price. Krap demanded too much money and the market decided he wasn’t worth it.
