Tucker Carlson bashes Google for action against The Federalist, calls Big Tech 'chief threat to our liberties'

Tucker Carlson blasted Google Tuesday night after NBC News published an article in which a reporter apparently lobbied the search giant to remove two conservative news sites, including the Federalist, from its ad platform over what was deemed offensive coverage of the George Floyd protests and the Black Lives Matter movement.

"Most media companies are dependent on Google, who will control 70 percent of all online advertising," the "Tucker Carlson Tonight" host said. "So if you're in the news business, you obey Google. When Google tells you to do something, you do it. You have no choice.

"They can bankrupt you in a minute and they will. In all of human history, no single entity is ever had more control over information than Google does right now. So if you're worried about the concentration of power in the hands of a few unaccountable actors, and you very much should be, nobody has more unchecked power than Google does."

Everything Tucker is saying is great. But please note he will not mention President Trump and he is making snide criticisms of Trump.

He referred to BLM as using real power and not just “tweeting”.

Tucker has a feud going with Jared Kushner, and obviously is refusing to support Trump at this time.

The contrast to Sean and Laura, who both report on the president’s actions each day, is obvious.

Did Tucker mention the Ft. Worth police chief that said Tucker was lying about what he tweeted about dropping all charges for the rioters?

Tucker is right and it’s good to see someone telling the truth.

He’s a smart guy so he knows he’s picking a fight with some big hombres.

I value that kind of conviction a person. It’s so rare nowadays.

What the Nazis 2.0 aka BLM has is not conviction; it’s rage. Mindless rage. They are an effective blunt instrument using violence and intimidation just like Nazis 1.0 did but are not led by anyone with near the charisma Hitler had. I’m not saying what the Nazis or Hitler did was good; just that they had a large following for a while too.

Soros and other puppet masters are directing the BLM and Antifa (another blunt instrument). They have a lot of raw power at the moment using operatives and the brainwashed in all levels of education, government, and business.

Like many here; I’ve seen a few things during my time getting long in the tooth. One thing is that the pendulum always swings back the other way... eventually.

We saw this with glaring clarity when Trump was elected and set to reverse just about everything Obama did. This is part of the rage the BLM members and supporters have. They don’t take it lightly and now they want revenge by making sure Trump doesn’t have a second term.

I think their intense hatred for America, Trump, and all of Trump’s supporters is going to backfire on them come Nov. 3rd.

Their pretense for civility is now completely gone. The last thin veneer was gone the moment Piglosi ripped up Trump’s speech on national TV about all the good things happening in America during the previous year and celebrating many in the room who deserved to be praised. Half the country cheered while the other half furrowed their brows in condemnation.

Seeing Piglosi kneeling to BLM with slave owner garb along with her faithful murder of crows was really something. Anyone who bends the knee accepts their role as a submissive subject and relinquishes all vestige of being a free citizen.

I'm pretty sure Tucker supports Trump for president.

Yes Tucker mentioned that, and said the chief wasn’t telling the truth. Tucker said it’s all been reported and the chiefs own words are on tape, and now the chief is upset that his words and actions are being reported to a national audience

Google may have backed off The Federalist, but they still remain one of the greatest threats to a fair election in November:

10 Sept 2019: Youtube 38m43s: Life, Liberty & Levin
Mark Levin Show spoke to Dr Robert Epstein about the manipulation of votes and voters. Amazing interview.

Trump should have acted on the IT and social medias a long, long time ago. Hard to get any reform done in the area in the short time remaining before the election.

To answer all of you who can’t accept what’s going on with Tucker Carlson, because he absolutely obviously has stopped even referring to Trump in his show except for sarcastic criticisms like tonight about ineffectual tweeting

I don’t give a rat’s rear about Jared Kushner but apparently Tucker does enough that he’s making his show a no Trump zone, except for criticizing the president.

That’s a problem.

Didn’t you say there were the cheerleaders too, who refuse to criticize Trump? Laura, Shaun, other Fox people?

“Tucker has a feud going with Jared Kushner, and obviously is refusing to support Trump at this time”.

You have it backwards.

He’s a supporter and he criticizes Kushner because Kushner is a detriment to Trump.

Most people who see what’s going on want Trump to get rid of him.

.
He mentions President Trump all the time. And I don't have any problem with Tucker criticizing President Trump when he thinks Trump is in the wrong. Heck I criticized President Trump when Trump attacked Brian Kemp for opening up quickly. Turned out Kemp was right.

I don't really see what you are babbling on about.
Tucker is an independent, logical clear thinker but still conservative.
He is not Hannity who is 100% pro Trump but so what. Hannity is good but then so is Laura and Tucker each in their own way. Different strengths.
Right now Tucker presents the most logical, concise, well reasoned hour on TV. Period.
That is why he had more viewers than every single program on cable or network TV on Monday night. He is currently more powerful than anyone on TV. And for a reason.

Tucker has a feud going with Jared Kushner,

Kushner is a nice chap. But he'd be better off looking after his business back in Manhattan for Trump’s second term. He and Ivanka are no conservatives. Good business people though.
