If he can find the right lawyer and court venue he will own SDG&E. I hope he does and gets lots of publicity.
In California if you sue a former employer for wrongful discharge you need to win your case and you need to win a big award. When you file a lawsuit it is a public record that will turn up in a background check and make it hard to get another good job. I hope this guy wins enough to retire comfortably.
