I think the Chinese may be a little more forth-coming with body counts this time. I think their “4K dead” from the first round was so unbelievable that no sane person could realistically believe it.
Now, they must play damage control so they can attempt to recover from their pariah status.

Claims that the Chinese economy was in recovery mode were always bogus.
The virus is real, and the Chinese never really contained it.
