Requiring diversity and inclusion training for all BSA employees starting July 1 and taking immediate action toward introducing a version for volunteers in the coming months.

Thats alot to ask for unpaid volunteers who already do 2 hours of sex abuse training and 6 hours of position specific training, and 5-10 hours of hazard training. (that have to be renewed)
