Diversity in and of itself is not a “good” thing.

As we have found throughout the history of man, different can be good, can be bad. It depends on many criteria as which it turns out to be.

Diversity,when it occurs naturally in a pure meritocracy,is neither good nor bad.When it comes about in any other way it's very bad indeed.

When I think of diversity I think back to when BillyBob had his major heart surgery.The doctors involved in his care,about a half dozen IIRC,held a press conference after the surgery.Every one of them was a white male.You'd think that BillyBob,the nation's first black President,would make sure that the team "looked like America".

Diversity for thee,but none for me.
