That was the claim by the plaintiffs. There were several similar cases combined into one decision.

No. I believe one of the cases before the court involved a cross dresser who worked for a family run funeral home. Found it.

Right. A gay person or trannie can be fired for a business reason (e.g., impermissibly missing work).
