Come on.

Statutory Rape or Child Endangerment/molestation are still crimes. A predator would not be protected. No one is protected from committing a crime.

You can sit around and dream up all the crazy examples you want but they will be .00000000001% of probability and the decision effects a much broader subset of people, who are good, community people and not the miniscule subset of perverts.

There are also laws on the books against sodomy too that were struck down by the civil rights legislation too as well as many criminal laws against sexes using the wrong bathroom.

All struck down today.

Deal with it - pedophilia is a sexual choice and therefore, now, a protected right.

Of course when gay marriage was legalized people like you were screaming they just wanted legal rights and churches and church schools would be unaffected.

How’s that turning out for ya.

There’s a whole movement of them that do not commit those crimes (so they claim), but still admit that they have the same kind of attraction. You can’t not hire them because of a criminal record if they don’t have one, and now if you don’t hire them because of their “preference” they will sue you, and most likely win.
