Yes they are.
The Constitutional does not mention a press being honest only that they should be free.
The press has always been biased.
It is not that the press is bias that is the problem, it is that there is little counter balance to them.
Today we are in the same situation that the citizens of the old Soviet Union were in, a media that spoke in one voice. In the Soviet’s case, it was the government’s voice, in our case it is the left’s voice.
The Soviets were able to filter out truth from fiction and we are learning how to do the same.
