Minneapolis is populated by wide-eyed prepsters; St. Paul, right across a small bridge, is populated by something other than prepsters. Once the cops are neutered, I look for the thugs from St. Paul to buzz on into Minnehaha at about happy hour every night and create chaos and mayhem as regularly as a goose does what a goose does on your car. The Minneapolis “mayor” will just smile and ask the St. Paul mayor to control his inmates, then she will wonder why the St. Paul people aren’t more friendly.
