As if a suspect resisting arrest, stealing a officers weapon (taser) and attempting to use it on a Officer = nothing. No, it has to be for some other reason, like racism. Also, he was running along a line of cars that had people in them (see end of video when they start pulling out of line). Since he was armed with a taser and did shoot it at the officer, it’s only resonable to expect the officer to note the citizens that could be in danger. What if he decided to open a car door and pull someone out as a hostage, threatening with the taser? Or demand someone’s car to try to escape. Since he acted like a wild man when he was fighting them, they had no idea what he would/could do to others. Maybe, the officer thought he should protect innocent lives!
