The school teacher should have charges files on her for making a harassing police report. Then she should be fired and stripped of her teaching credentials.
Nobody’s going to file charges on the teacher. And the parent who lets her child remain in that school has already lost her grounds if she lets that child continue in that school. Which we may be certain she did.
