I think a halfway competent attorney would be able to just read a couple dozen emails and ask some questions about them.

She only likes to be in the public eye when she is in TOTAL CONTROL of the questions to be asked, and she knows the questions well ahead of time. This is NOT like running for office where you can answer a different question and run out the clock.
She is going to try some desperate shit to get out of the deposition under oath thing.
