It was the reason for the cops to be called. It was the reason he was being arrested for failing a field sobriety test.
What happened after that was a result of his deciding to violently resist arrest.
*Fall asleep in a drive thru*
*Fail Sobriety Test*
*Fight with Cops*
*Steal Taser*
*Run from Cops*
*Shoot Taser at cops*
*Get shot*
MSM: Why do the police keep killing innocent unarmed black men?
And the gullible fall for it.
The Family Lawyer aid they never gave the Guy a Sobriety Test. I guess they were too busy fighting with him.
In my day (1970s-1980s) here's how cops handled this -- and it happened a LOT:
1) "Sobriety test" = smell the sleeping dude, who wreaks of booze
2) Take his keys out of the ignition
3) Let him sleep it off
4) Talk to him when he rouses, tow the car, drive him home if req'd
5) If he runs away, who cares? You have his car, and know where he lives.
And so many posters on here just can’t understand why the officers would arrest this sleeping man who posed no threat to anyone unbelievable
