You clearly have never lost anyone to DUI, or have never witnessed the horrific scene of a DUI accident.
Leaving a drunk driver alone, to wake up who knows when and drive anywhere so that you can “arrest him tomorrow” is brainless.
Every day, almost 30 people in the United States die in drunk-driving crashes — that’s one person every 50 minutes.
I never said let him go.. I was implying that the Police might have been justified shooting the Perp because he stole the taser from the police then ran and abruptly turned toward the police and pointed his hand at them.. I said because it was dark the police had noway of knowing what the perp had in his hand it could have been a 9MM!!!
