No matter what anyone says the cities are dead economically, even if they don’t defund. Riots, looting, burning and the police will not protect your business. Investment ain’t happening for 40 years.
Wonder if anyone can buy insurance in these areas?
Not only all that, but the COVID-19 shutdown has shown many companies that their employees can work from home, no problem. So there really is no need for dense downtown districts anymore. Might take some years, but I think downtowns dense with skyscrapers are going the way of the dinosaurs.
