I wonder if they will be preosecuted. THere is no police in Minneapolis. Is there still a court — judge Roy Bean?
Who knows if the state of Minnesota will prosecute them. But for now, with the ATF involved, they face federal charges. At the minimum they traveled across state line to commit felonies, and now they are wanted for crossing state lines to evade justice. In all this, there must a federal statute for arson.
