With the s*** going on in big cities with the quarantine hoax, riots and looting, etc, the contractor-and best friend-I work for, who also lives in this rural area went and bought more ammo for us both last week in the town nearest the city of SA-there was more ammo available for handguns than for shotguns-since my favorite home defense weapon is my 12 gauge pump-he was able to get us each 3 boxes of 20, but that was all they had-they were not that low on handgun ammo...
All we have left for handgun ammo is the niche stuff, .357 Sig, 10mm, .41 magnum, etc.
Oddly, we have lots of shotgun ammo except 00 buck and slugs.
Rifle ammo is the same, mainstream calibers are depleted, but odd stuff is still plentiful.
