Companies should be free to fire anyone they please... the issue here is it is allowed one way. If someone on the right is fired, it is because they are racist or facist. On the other hand, the left hides behind the Civil Rights Act and state laws anchored on it to ensure that they belong to a protected class, so that if a business tries to fire any of them it is not because they are communists, it is because they are female, homosexual, black, Hispanic, mixed race, etc.
Blacks in America were freed from their Democrat Slave Masters by the Republicans, then the Blacks fought the Democrat KKK , Jim Crow Laws, Bull Connor, George Wallace,..the Democrat Party up until 1964. LBJ tells Black Americans that he and the Democrat Party will now be their Daddy!! They jump in Head First and go All In for the Democrat Party for 50 years and this is where they ended up.

Maybe they should reevaluate the decisions they have made and start making better choices in life..

We need someone to file a lawsuit against a big employer for firing someone for what they said on Facebook. It should have happened several years ago. It needs to go all the way to SCOTUS. If freedom of political speech doesn’t apply to one’s job it’s useless. The firings will stop when employers know they will face a lawsuit.
I think Thomas Jefferson would be furious with our conservative leadership for failing to stand against this insurgency 10 years ago.

This is 180 degrees out of phase and our elected leaders had better start saying so. The standard should be if you support BLM you are fired. Supporting insurrectionists is sedition.
I am supremely blessed that my boss is a Conservative who would NEVER fire anyone for not supporting BLM. Anyone who pressures him will be ignored. Those who use our services are not the type who would support BLM. For the time being, I am not concerned.
