If the officer had said nothing other than, “Stop Resisting!” he probably wouldn’t be facing charges. If I was a juror, I don’t think I’d convict, based on the evidence above. But the timing is certainly not good for him.
If I ever get called to jury duty again...I’ll never vote guilty again. For anyone. I don’t care what they’ve done. The justice system is broken and too whacked out. Until I see politicians and bureaucracy employees going to jail no one else can be guilty.
