Hecklers and morons at a Trump rallies are bonuses for the attendees and gives Trump a chance to mock them like no one else can. The crowd goes ape and they all have a good ol' belly laugh.

That may be so, but they don’t want to have it in Minneapolis. That kind of fun can be used by the MSM if it gets out of hand, and Aunti Faux and BLM would like nothing better than for it to get out of hand in Minneapolis of all places, or St. Paul. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Lone hecklers in Oklahoma would be one thing. An organized assault on the venue with goons loaded for bear would be another entirely.
