Sure makes you want to hire a black person now that you know they can’t actually do the work they claim.
Why do people have to expound on decisions? Just say no and be done with it. You don’t own a reason and guess what? It backfired.
We need a race-critical-theory of Accounting! And we need it now!
These students who should have had a 3.0 GPA will have a 4.0 GPA.
These black 4.0 gpa students will be selected over white 4.0 gpa students for a job.
Eventually, they will be promoted to managerial positions over their white colleagues who may have had greater workplace productivity.

My son in law had such people under him to help get the work done.
