Well since Blacks are 13% of the population and commit 52% of all the murders, they are what.....4X as likely as Whites to commit murders? Rates for other crimes are disproportionately high. Thus its hardly a surprise they will have more contact with police, are more likely to face arrest, etc.

Nobody reads statistics and data. They read a narrative and cherry picked numbers.
is ‘per capita’ the most accurate way of expressing statistics that have different amounts of data sets? (number of people)
I have never seen a ‘per capita’ statistic on:
the number of different races on welfare
the number who commit crimes
the number who commit murder
the murder rate of race by race
ANY OTHER statistic that shows black community in a bad light
We can kind of fight back a little, by posting facts- perhaps an independent somewhere might read the facts, check them out themselves, and decide to turn republican or at least vote republican-

More unarmed whites are killed by police than unarmed blacks. There was an article posted here a couple days ago about that fact.
Wall Street Journal has a long piece from Weds., June 3rd, by a woman named Heather Mac Donald, pointing out that in 2019 police officers fatally shot 1004 people, "most of whom were armed or otherwise dangerous."
Furthermore, "African Americans were about a quarter of those killed by cops last year (235, a ratio that has remained stable since 2015)."
Moreover she notes, "In 2018, the latest year for which such data is available, "African Americans made up 53% of known homocide offenders in the U.S., and commit about 60% of robberies, though they are 13% of the population.
Continuing, she writes, "The police fatally shot nine unarmed blacks and 19 unarmed whites in 2019, according to a Wapo database, down from 38 and 32, in 2015.
And, "In 2018, were 7407 black homocide victims. Assuming a comparable of victims last year, those nine unarmed victims of police shootings represent 0.1% of all African -Americans killed in 2019.

She drew her information from a study of systemic police bias from the latest findings (August 2019) by the National Academy of Sciences...Hardly a cop-loving bunch, those Sciences Peoples, right?

True, but even assuming for argument’s sake that all things are equal, 2.5 fold is evidence against systemic racism.
It would be 100 to 1000 fold.
Statista is a leader in lying with statistics. I’m sick of them and their ilk. Not even a minimal effort to present the truth.
