Patriots are reminded that the states have given Congress the express 14th Amendment (14A) power to make punitive laws to discourage state actors from not equally applying laws to all persons.
From the 14th Amendment:
"Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws [emphasis added].”
"Section 5: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."

We are still being oppressed by a corrupt, worthless Congress left over from the lawless Obama Administration that will predictably much popcorn while watching CNN show reluctant law enforcement officers put people who exercise their 1st Amendment-protected freedom of religious expression into jail.

Patriots need to elect a new patriot Congress that will not only promise to fully support PDJT’s already excellent work for MAGA, but will also promise to do this.
New lawmakers also need to promise to do their sworn duty to exercise their 14A power to make penal laws to discourage activist state actors from abridging their constitutionally enumerated freedoms, freedom of religious expression in this example.

Congress is busy on a bill that will cut federal funding if a police department uses force for any reason, except enforcing a Corona-virus lock-down of course. That's a public health crisis.
Remember the Dallas salon owner who got thrown in jail for cutting hair? Still need police for that.

When 7,000 black citizens were slaughtered by fellow black citizens last year it's called 'gun violence' (as if the gun acted alone without a thug behind the guy)..
But when 10 unarmed black men were slaughtered by the police in 2019 it's called 'murder'.. Cop murder... and we have to address the issue of 'police'.
