Jason Riley is a black man whom I have seen often on TV (probably only on Fox, perhaps also on C-SPAN), who always talks sense.

The media never gives a racial breakdown of the cops who are involved in the shootings.

There was a report the other day that black people are 7 times as likely to call the police for help (probably because they are more likely to live in neighborhoods where crime is more of a problem).
