Logically if they are in an autonomous zone, they cannot vote, since they have declared themselves as separate from Seattle and Washington state.
Maybe Los Angeles and San Francisco will declare the same, and their votes will not count.
When these little jerks are finally rounded up they should be deemed to have renounced their citizenship and stripped of all benefits thereof.
