I was just thinking the same thing. All this falderal for a common criminal takes away from the dignity of such a sendoff for people who actually deserve it. It is way past disgusting, it's SICK. Black children are learning that a common criminal with pre-existing health conditions, with illegal drugs in their system, and with a case of COVID was "killed by the police" and therefore police and other restrictive elements on their being able to do whatever they darn well please are BAD. And the white people done put these restrictions from doing whatever they feel like doing on them, so they must protest. In any civilized society, there are restrictions on what members may or may not do, and the big mouths are advocating abandonment of any such restrictions AND those who enforce them. I hope their personal residences burn down, their place of employment doesn't need them any more, and that they catch a good case of COVID. Brainless idiots.
Meanwhile, across the way a homeless veteran that died shivering in the street is laid to rest in a nameless grave. Nobody remembered him, nobody mourned his passing. The diggers shovel pats the top of the dirt pile and walks away.
