Kate won the office by a crooked recount that counted ballots until she was ahead then quit. She avoided the recall by simply declaring most of the signatures on the recall petition were invalid, sort of like all the votes that she didn't count in her recount.
Oregon was only short by 1%
Brown Turd Gov will be recalled. Bet on it.
