Remove nukes, and Russia has nothing on China. Russia isn't our main threat. Not even a close call.

The Soviets could only dream of the intellectual property theft, the trade imbalance, the infiltration into academia/manufacturing/etc is orders of magnitude more with the Chinese than any other country would have ever dreamed.
