Uncle Harold - WW2 AT NORMANDY BEACH, also in Korea and went to Vietnam so that his 4 sons wouldn’t have to go.
Uncle Bill, Uncle Lew, Uncle Ed, pretty much all of my uncles served in WW2, and a ton of co-workers, cousins and friends served in Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, and other battles. Many of their fellow military didn’t make it home.
When you kneel and don’t give the flag the attention it deserves, you are saying that his efforts, their efforts were in vain. You are crapping on the graves of the deceased that gave their all to this country.
