Bush has never made any effort to rein in alumni of his admin and their insane attacks on POTUS. I have no doubt he is not supporting POTUS in 2020.
True. Bush may be planning not to vote for Trump, but he hasn't made any kind of official announcement so far as I know. Last time, Bush didn't vote for Trump, but I don't think he announced it beforehand, so maybe he will do the same this time.
If he actually wanted to help the Democrat with an endorsement, he'd wait until it was sure that Biden would be the nominee and until his announcement would have more effect. Commentators are quick to jump on rumors and first reports, but slow to see corrections and clarifications.
