A white man who decided after a successful career in medicine that he no longer wanted to be man, underwent a transformation involving surgery and medicine, to give him a very superficial feminine appearance. He then expected, then demanded, that other people refer to him using female pronouns and pretend that he was a woman. Only could a wealthy white man pull this off, a black man would be laughed out of any office he tried to do this within.

No one born a woman would let herself look like that.
